Choosing a Level of Access
RaceView Mobile is a free download from Apple iTunes/Google Play and has two levels of access, offering both free and optional paid subscription features. Free access to RaceView Mobile includes Schedule, Track Tour, Race Recaps, Driver Information/Stats, and Time Trial Interactive Racing features. Raceview Mobile paid subscription features are available for all live NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Races and include:  3-D Virtual Video with multiple camera angles, ability to follow any driver, Live Leaderboard, Live Race Data, all Team Communications, and Officials Channel & Radio Broadcasts.  RaceView Mobile purchase options are detailed by selecting the SUBSCRIBE NOW button from the home screen.

Users who wish to utilize the free features of RaceView Mobile will choose those options from the home screen. New for 2016, you can watch a simplified version of last year’s live race (driver selection, audio, and other premium interactive features are disabled) from the home screen or Live Race screens.  Users will be prompted with an option to purchase a RaceView Mobile subscription when accessing the Live Race and the “Freeview” time expires.

Subscription Information and Management
In-App Purchase and Cancellation Information
If you have purchased a subscription to RaceView Mobile directly through RaceView Mobile in-app purchase (not from the NASCAR.com website), please review the information below. If you have completed your purchase through the NASCAR.com website, please see the section "NASCAR.com Website Purchase and Cancellation Information."

Purchasing an In-App Subscription
In-app purchases are purchased from and billed by Apple iTunes or Google Play, not NASCAR.com. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple iTunes/Google Play. All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to the Apple iTunes/Google Play. NASCAR.com does not have access to Apple iTunes/Google Play accounts or transactions. If you wish to confirm the type of subscription that has been purchased from Apple iTunes/Google Play, please consult your Apple iTunes/Google Play account or receipt as each subscription will have a unique billing name.

The RaceView Mobile Annual packages (billed as "NASCAR RaceView Mobile Annual and NASCAR RaceView COMBINED PASS Annual") are valid for one year from subscription date and will be re-billed every year by Apple iTunes/Google Play until canceled by the user. Apple iTunes subscriptions can be managed from a mobile device or computer that uses the same Apple ID as the initial purchase.  Google Play subscriptions can be managed from your Google Wallet.  NASCAR.com cannot manage Apple iTunes/Google Play subscriptions.

The RaceView Mobile monthly packages (billed as "NASCAR RaceView Mobile Monthly and NASCAR RaceView Mobile Monthly COMBINED PASS ") are valid for 30 days from subscription date and will be re-billed every 30 days year-round by Apple iTunes until canceled by the user. Apple iTunes subscriptions can be managed from a mobile device or computer that uses the same Apple ID as the initial purchase.  Google Play subscriptions can be managed from your Google Wallet.  NASCAR.com cannot manage Apple iTunes/Google Play subscriptions.

When offered, the RaceView Mobile per race purchases are valid for a single event and do not renew.  Future single race purchases must be made separately.

All Monthly and Annual Auto-renewable subscriptions grant access to the subscriber until the end of the current billing cycle. The auto-renewable subscription will continue to be billed on the renewal date until the subscriber cancels the subscription. Should the subscriber choose to cancel the auto-renewable subscription, the subscriber will continue to be granted access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Accessing your RaceView COMBINED PASS In-App Purchase on other Supported Devices
A major benefit of connecting the Apple iTunes/Google Play COMBINED PASS purchase to a NASCAR.com account is being able to access RaceView across compatible Apple and Android mobile devices and/or a Personal Computer.  Separate purchases are no longer required. Connecting a purchase to a NASCAR.com account also allows Customer Service to better assist with inquiries and troubleshooting. You will have an opportunity to connect your purchase to a NASCAR.com account after making the purchase, or it can be completed at a later time. You can only connect an Apple iTunes/Google Play purchase to one NASCAR.com account. If you connect the purchase to a second NASCAR.com account, the first account will lose all entitlements.

There are two ways to link a NASCAR.com Account in RaceView Mobile:
  1. Upon completion of Purchase
  1. From Homescreen
    1. Select login in the top right corner of the video window
    2. Log In to the App using an existing NASCAR.com email and password or select REGISTER at the bottom of the login screen

I forgot my password. What should I do?
From the home screen, select LOGIN/REGISTER.  On the login screen, select “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address of the account needing a password reset.   Follow the instructions in the email.

How do I log out of RaceView Mobile?
From the home screen, select "MY PROFILE" in the upper right corner of the video window.  Select SIGN OUT.

Managing Subscriptions
You can easily see all your subscriptions on your device:
  1. Launch the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu > My Apps > Subscriptions.

Here, you’ll see the list of all active subscriptions - note that expired subscriptions will not appear on this menu. If you tap on the name of the app, you can see additional information about that subscription, including the expires on/renews on the date. From this screen, you can change the payment method for a particular subscription as well as cancel subscriptions.
At this time, subscriptions and subscription details for Google Play content are not available on the Google Play website - subscriptions must be managed from the device itself.
If you get a new device or perform a factory data reset on your device during your subscription, you simply need to re-install the app where you purchased the subscription, and as long as you’re using the same account you were before, you’ll continue to have access to this content. In other words, you will not need to re-purchase your subscription if the app to which you’re subscribed is uninstalled for any reason.
To cancel a subscription from your device:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu > My Apps > Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  3. Alternatively, tap Menu > My Apps > Tap the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel > Tap the app’s details page.
  4. Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.

To cancel a subscription from play.google.com:

Option 1:
  1. Go to https://play.google.com/magazines on a web browser
  2. Find your subscription and click on Cancel
  3. You'll be asked to confirm your subscription cancellation
Option 2:
  1. Go to https://play.google.com/store on a web browser
  2. Find your subscription, and click on the triangle to the right of Report a Problem
  3. Click Cancel subscription

Also, note that canceling a subscription will stop the recurring fee moving forward, and you will have access to the content until your last payment expires.
Important: Uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription - you must actively cancel the subscription using the process described here. If you uninstall the app but don't cancel your subscription first, you will still be charged.
Canceling a subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be pro-rated based on cancellation date. For example, if you purchased a one-year subscription on Jan. 1 for $10 and decide to cancel your subscription on July 1, you will have access to the subscription until Dec. 31 and will be charged the full $10, but you will not be charged another yearly subscription of $10 the following Jan. 1.
