Make sure you always sign in with the same email address or service such as Facebook or Google.
Signing in with different services or email addresses will be seen as a different user and not associated with a previous entry you may have created under a different login account. Sign out and sign back in using the same method you originally used when you created your team and joined a league.
There is a limit of one account per person.
