Participants may withdraw from the program at any time by contacting Customer Care via email at cs_escalations@nascar.com or by phone: 1-800-630-0535. If a participant withdraws from the program and closes the account, any and all NASCAR Fan Reward Points and Tier Points in the account will be forfeited.
