How Can I enroll in the Fan Rewards Program?

Enroll online at nascar.com/fanrewards. Limit one Program account per individual. A unique participant ID will be assigned upon enrollment with online account activation. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Existing nascar.com registrants will need to opt-in to the Program using their existing online credentials and accept these Program Terms to enroll in the NASCAR Fan Rewards program.

Who is eligible to participate?

NASCAR Fan Rewards™ is a free rewards program offered by National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC to individuals age 18 or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada, and who are located within the U.S. or Canada.

How can I earn points?

A participant can begin earning Reward Points immediately upon enrollment in the Program. Point earning opportunities can be found on the earn points (https://www.nascar.com/fanrewards-earnpoints) page of the Fan Rewards dashboard once logged in. Can I earn points from my mobile device?

Yes, Fan Rewards can be found in the dashboard on the NASCAR mobile app, available to iOS, Android, and Windows users.

What does it mean if I earned an uneven number of points?

Points will be rounded to the nearest full point in the case of point fractioning. If an earning activity results in a point fraction of 0.49 or below, that point will be rounded down. If an earning activity results in a point fraction of 0.50 or above, that point will be rounded up.

Will my points rollover to the following year?

No, Fan Rewards Points and tier points will expire at the end of the calendar year, beginning in 2023. Reward Points for Canadian participants will expire when and if there are no Reward Point redemptions in that participant’s account for a period of twelve (12) months, beginning in 2023.

Can I redeem my Rewards Points at the official NASCAR shop?

No, Reward Points are only redeemable in the NASCAR Fan Rewards Catalog (https://rewards.nascar.com/).

Can I exchange/return my rewards merchandise?

No, rewards may not be returned or exchanged. If your reward arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order, please reach out to cs_escalations@nascar.com (mailto:cs_escalations@nascar.com)

Will I be required to pay for shipping?

Yes, certain merchandise items will require payment to cover the cost of shipping. See the Rewards Catalog for more information.

How can I achieve higher tier status?

Earn a total of 3,000 points in a calendar year to reach All-Star status or 6,000 in a calendar year to reach Champion status. Point opportunities can be found on the “earn points” tab found on the Fan Rewards Dashboard.

Are my earned badges redeemable?

Digital badges are an engagement achievement component of the NASCAR Fan Rewards Program. Digital Badges cannot be redeemed for Rewards and have no cash value.

Am I able to share my Rewards Account?

Household pooling or sharing of Reward Points for Reward redemptions is not permitted.

How can I delete my rewards account?

Participants may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting Customer Care via email at cs_escalations@nascar.com or by phone: 1-800-630-0535. If a participant withdraws from the Program and closes the account, any and all NASCAR Fan Reward Points and Tier Points in the account will be forfeited.
