There are several reasons why a driver's radio communication might be experiencing issues during an event. Below are a few of the main reasons it might be difficult to hear driver communication.
- Communication between the driver and team may be very light at the time of listening
- Drivers may become involved in an incident where their radios are turned off and their audio may not be available
- Drivers may change their radio channel which requires time for the system to update. You may need to exit your browser, clear your local cache or restart your computer to purge old data and allow for the updates to take place
- The event might not have started yet where team communication would be necessary
